Thus far, you have helped your client work through defining the decision (Step 1), the Factors (Step 2) and the available Alternatives (Step 3). Your client has completed his or her evaluation of the Factors (Step 5) and of all Alternatives when considering each Factor (Step 6).
The decision was then deconstructed into a series of simplified decisions through the Dynamic Decisions software. Your client answered these decisions while working through the questionnaire.
Now it’s time to aggregate the meaning of the answers with your client’s Dynamic Decisions exercise. The synthesis of these results will be the product of sophisticated mathematics. You do not need to be versed in the math; Dynamic Decisions will take care of this for you.
